Description

Learn from a multidisciplinary perspective on this Revolution and its impacts on society

Digital transformation impacts our daily life, from the way we communicate and work, to the way we make all kinds of decisions. The world is no longer limited by geographical borders; the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data analytics, and others are all changing the world we live in.

Revolution 4.0 is about creating new challenges. This includes the issue of cybersecurity, especially considering that all information and communications are digitized. Protecting both data and communications is essential for avoiding negative effects. This is particularly relevant regards aspects related to the right to privacy and intellectual property.

Universidad del Rosario invites you to the Forum “Revolution 4.0 and Cybersecurity: challenges and opportunities”; to think from a multidisciplinary perspective about this Revolution and its impact on society. The Forum brings together stakeholders from diverse sectors of society, creating a space to discuss the challenges of cybersecurity and to learn from the best practices of other countries and institutions. It aims to strengthen ties between academia, industry, and the government, with outcomes eventually resulting in positive public policies.

Target public
