  • R&D, Innovation and Technology policy makers at regional, national and supranational levels
  • Research and Technology managers in business, academia, government and international organizations
  • Researchers active on specific, in-depth investigations relevant to the conference theme and topics
  • Social scientists and economists involved with various aspects of technological change and their implications for societies and economies
  • Technical experts in high-knowledge intensive areas, where progress pathways could be policy- and strategy-sensitive (ICT, bio, nano, cognitive, and their convergence)
  • Persons involved in real-life sustainability-oriented initiatives and experiments
  • Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations concerned with issues that will be addressed by the keynote speakers and/or paper presentations

5.2.   Conference Fees

Registration for full conference before August 15                            $ 495.000    U$ 245
Registration for full conference after August 15                               $  550.000   U$  275
Students Registration                                                                     $ 275.000    U$ 135
 
The fee for regular participants will cover the following:
 
  • Registration and conference material, including contact information of all conference attendees,
  • Welcome Reception,
  • Coffee Breaks,
  • A Copy of the abstracts of all papers presented at the conference

 
Registration fees should be paid in advance of the conference. Detailed information on the ways of payment, including Bank Account and other information, will be sent to registering participants upon receipt of their forms.
 
There will be no overall fee for accompanying persons, but those wishing to participate to selected activities of the conference (e.g., excursion and dinner) will be asked to pay the corresponding costs to the on-site Secretariat).
 
Cancellation and refund policy for the 13th International Conference on Technology Policy and Innovation is as follows:
 
  • All ICTPI’09 Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be sent to ictpi2011@urosario.edu.co.
  • 50% of the conference fee is refundable for any cancellation notified before July 30 2011.

Afterwards, the conference fee is non-refundable for any cancellation.
