For foreign students located outside Colombian territory, Universidad del Rosario will send a communication in which it will report on the contents and dates of the course so that they can perform the migration procedure before the competent Colombian authorities in their country. For stays under six months, you must process a PIP 2 (entry and permanence permit) before the Migration Colombia Administrative Unit upon your arrival in Colombia for your stay during the first 90 days.
