If you are interested in applying to Universidad del Rosario to study for one or two semesters as part of our study abroad or Double Degree program, visit your university’s International Relations Office to request information on agreements between both institutions and on the internal enrollment procedure.
Once you are given a letter of approval from your university, you should gather the following documents:
Letter of introduction from your home university.
A short explanation of the reasons why you want to participate in an academic exchange program at Universidad del Rosario (UR).
A letter of recommendation from a professor from your university.
Transcript of your grades.
Language proficiency certificate – Level B1.
List of classes you want to take at UR. To see our course catalogue.
Once you have finished your application, you need to take a Spanish test.
Please note that some double programs have additional requirements, which will be informed during the application process. Only applications that have been completed through this form will be considered. Applications received in-person or by e-mail will not be accepted. The system does not save incomplete applications, which is why we recommend you fill out the application form once you have gathered all the documents specified above.
The closing dates for the receipt of documents are:
To begin your study abroad program in the first semester of the following year. The academic period runs between the first week of February and the first week of June.
To begin your study abroad program in the second semester of the same year. The academic period runs between the first week of August and the first week of December.
