The purpose of this workshop is to train, aid, and support URosario staff and faculty administrators in promoting intentional policies, practices, and designing strategies that advocate diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Integrating global perspectives is a process and it is an ongoing, future oriented, multidimensional, interdisciplinary, leadership-driven vision that involves many stakeholders working to change the internal dynamics of an institution to respond and adapt appropriately to an increasingly diverse, globally focused, ever-changing external environment (Ellingboe, 1998, p. 199).

Workshop Structure:
● DEI and Globalization (at home and abroad) from the perspective of land grant institutions. Challenges and Strategies/Solutions
● Theory of Change
● Impact of DEI and Globalization (at home and abroad)

* The workshop will be offered in English
