The Sueño Ser Scholarship program began in 2007 as an initiative of the Higher Student Council. Concerned about the situation of their fellow classmates who could not complete their studies due to socioeconomic situations, the council began doing fundraising campaigns, which helped to form a bond among teachers, administrators and parents.
