Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law

Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law

The Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law is taught using the concept of interdisciplinarity as a core idea. This involves a range of contributions from all fields of science, not only the legal, social and economic sciences but also the natural sciences, through which an assessment of the overall environmental problem has been made. The program has a number of elements that set it apart, including multidisciplinary approaches, respect for diversity and pluralism, and research support.

Our aim is to provide a training plan in environmental law based on an interdisciplinary perspective, in order for students to examine, manage and search for solutions to environmental problems while seeking biodiversity conservation, institutional and environmental strengthening and the defense and guarantee of collective rights.
