Process Of
Registration

To register and pay for the UR Summer School courses, please read carefully the following instructions.

1 STEP

Enter the "COURSES" section on the website menu.
Select the course or workshop in which you wish to enroll.

2 STEP

Fill out your data in the registration form, located to the right of the course description and send it using the Subscribe now button.

3 STEP

The registration form will show you the Payments button option. Depending on the type of user, the system will direct you as follows:
If you belong to the Rosarista community, it will request your virtual passport, in order to validate your identity.
If you're a student from an Agreement University or General Public, you will be prompted to confirm the form data.

4 STEP

The system will take you to the Online Payments interface, where you can select between two means of payment: Online Payment or Bank Deposit.

5 STEP

For online payment, the system will take you to the payment platform so that you can pay online with the e-collect service, which:
Displays the value to be paid, depending on your selection of program, type of user.
Select the method of payment, debit or credit card.
If it's debit, payment is done by PSE.
If it's by credit card, the system will request your card data and continue with the transaction.

6 STEP

Once you make the payment through the e-collect platform, the system will issue a message on screen informing the result of your transaction and send you an email with the result of the transaction.

7 STEP

Print out your payment confirmation and send it to:
summerschool@urosario.edu.co
Remember: your tuition will be made official when the documents are received by the University.

5 STEP

For Bank Deposit payment, the system will take you to the payment platform to download the payment coupon in PDF.

6 STEP

Print out the coupon and head to any of the BBVA or Bancolombia bank branches, taking into account the dates set out in the order (this service is exclusive to Colombia).
NOTE: International students may perform their payment with a Payment Order through Western Union, from anywhere in the world and through WU agencies, with a deposit as follows:

7 STEP

Get a copy of your payment receipt and send it to
summerschool@urosario.edu.co
*Remember: your tuition will be made official when the documents are received by the University.
