Mariano Bosch, Lead Specialist at the Labor Markets and Social Security Unit of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Since joining the IDB in 2011, he has been leading research projects in the area of labor markets, pensions and welfare policies. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked as a consultant of the World Bank and as an assistant professor at the University of Alicante (Spain). He has published articles in the area of labor markets and development in refereed journals such as American Journal: Applied Economics, Journal of Development Economics, World Bank Economic Review and Labor Economics. He has a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Pascaline Dupas is an associate professor in economics at Stanford University, holds senior fellowships at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research and the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, and is a co-chair of the Poverty Action Lab’s health sector. She received the Best Young French Economist Prize in 2015.

Pascaline Dupas's research studies the challenges that households and governments in developing countries face in relation to a broad range of issues in health, education and finance.

Douglas A. Warner III Professor of Economics, Yale University and Visiting Professor at University College London, International Research Associate of the Institute for Fiscal Studies and member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the National Bureau of Economics Research, and Fellow of the British Academy, the Econometric Society and the Society for Labor Economics. His main research interests are Labor Economics, Human Capital, Home Economics and the design of tax and social welfare programs.

He has been co-editor of Econometrica, joint managing editor of the Economic Journal and Assistant Editor at the Review of Economics Studies and the European Economic Review. He has participated in the evaluation of public policy programs in the UK and in developing countries such as Colombia, Chile and Senegal.
