The role’s mission is to attest to the institutional acts serving as notary, and to guarantee the legal acts that are carried out.

Ensure the conservation and restoration of the historical heritage of the university.

Provide support to the President’s Office and the Consiliatura for the fulfillment of their functions, elaborating and safeguarding official documents and ensuring that their decisions are communicated and fulfilled.

Guarantees that contracts made by the institution comply with the established parameters.

Coordinates the work of Academic Secretaries.

Preserves and promotes the institutional image and manages public relations and institutional protocols.
